Marco has a wealth of experience in corporate and commercial law issues, assisting national and international companies in the aerospace sector in extraordinary M&A and venture capital transactions and in corporate governance profiles. He regularly assists startups operating in the sector. The experience he built also covers the sectors of energy, beauty, consumer goods, industrial machines.

Marco is Vice President of Skills, Career, Innovation, Leadership and Learning (SCILL) of the International Association Young Lawyers (AIJA) and an active member of the Corporate M&A Commission where he has organized numerous conferences. He is also a member of the International Relations Commission of the Turin Bar Council.
